A reputable organization is seeking a motivated and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Organization & Human Development. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in HR systems, organizational development, policy formulation, and staff capacity building.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a relevant discipline

💼 Experience:
03 – 04 years of relevant professional experience in HR, organizational development, or training management

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, manuals, and institutional frameworks
  • Design and improve organizational structures, organograms, and operational systems
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and prepare structured learning initiatives
  • Manage staff training programs, TOTs, and capacity-building sessions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare analytical reports with actionable recommendations
  • Support departmental and organizational assignments as required

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR and organizational development practices
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage training and employee development programs effectively
  • Proficiency in documentation, policy drafting, and operational planning
