Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a relevant discipline
💼 Experience:
03 – 04 years of relevant professional experience in HR, organizational development, or training management
Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, manuals, and institutional frameworks

Design and improve organizational structures, organograms, and operational systems

Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and prepare structured learning initiatives

Manage staff training programs, TOTs, and capacity-building sessions

Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare analytical reports with actionable recommendations

Support departmental and organizational assignments as required
