We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Territory Sales Manager – HoReCa to join a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Identify, register, and develop new business opportunities and customers through planned market visits

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Manage a portfolio of customers including sales execution, customer engagement, complaint resolution, and credit management

Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as procurement and operations to provide customized customer solutions

Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable product solutions from the company portfolio

Utilize both direct and indirect selling techniques including face-to-face meetings, calls, and networking

Maintain detailed customer records, tracking sheets, and sales progress reports

Ensure all sales activities are conducted with professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Intermediate candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
Experience

Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in HoReCa or FMCG sector
