π― Job Purpose
The Territory Sales Manager will lead assigned territories by managing distributors and order bookers to achieve sales targets and execute company sales strategies effectively.
π Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories

Set daily targets for order bookers and ensure complete outlet coverage

Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and target achievement through regular reporting

Lead, guide, and monitor order bookers to ensure productivity and product knowledge

Conduct regular market visits to assess coverage, customer behavior, and market trends

Ensure execution of trade marketing activities as per company plans

Design and optimize productive journeys (PJP) based on territory insights
-
Build strong relationships with distributors to align goals and maximize performance

Manage budgets, sales forecasting, and territory profitability effectively
