📌 Position Details

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution
• Candidates with:
  • Master’s degree
  • Islamic Banking certification
  • Diploma or specialization in Islamic Banking
    will be preferred

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of banking experience
• At least 2 years in core branch operations

📍 Preference will be given to:

• Local candidates & domicile holders of the respective cities
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply

💼 Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of branch banking operations
• Knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations (PRs)
• Expertise in Islamic Banking products
• Leadership and branch management capabilities
• Customer handling and communication skills
• Analytical and process management expertise
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)

🛠 Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing complete branch operations and compliance controls
• Supporting branch business KPIs and operational targets
• Ensuring Shariah compliance and adherence to banking regulations
• Supervising account opening, reconciliation, vouchers & reporting
• Monitoring AML, KYC, audit compliance & risk controls
• Managing branch security systems, ATM operations & cash flow
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and complaint resolution
• Supervising operational staff and workflow efficiency
• Ensuring timely execution of operational processes within TAT
• Handling branch documentation, MIS reporting & regulatory reporting
• Maintaining branch discipline, hygiene, and asset security
