Job Overview
National Foods Limited is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales operations within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for distributor management, sales execution, team supervision, and achieving territory-wise business targets through effective market planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.

Develop daily sales plans and allocate targets to order bookers for efficient market coverage.

Monitor sales performance and prepare territory/category-wise sales reports to track KPIs and target achievement.

Supervise and motivate order bookers to ensure productivity and strong product knowledge.

Conduct regular market visits to evaluate outlet coverage, productivity, and market dynamics.

Ensure implementation of trade marketing activities according to approved plans.

Design effective sales plans and PJPs by understanding territory requirements and RTM strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to align business objectives and maximize growth.

Manage budgets, sales forecasting, and revenue optimization for assigned territories.
