Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank is hiring for the position of MMBL Business Partner – Karachi. The selected candidate will act as a dedicated banking support liaison between JazzCash Enterprise Business Development teams and MMBL Banking Operations. The role focuses on smooth partner onboarding, operational coordination, settlement visibility, and faster issue resolution for enterprise clients.

The incumbent will work closely with regional business teams to ensure seamless execution of onboarding processes, operational support, and banking coordination while improving partner experience and turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Onboarding & KYC Facilitation

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of enterprise partners
• Coordinate KYC verification, documentation collection, and validation
• Support account opening processes with MMBL branches
• Ensure agreement alignment and routing for approvals/signatures
• Guide business teams regarding banking documentation standards

Banking Operations Support

• Provide first-line operational support for enterprise clients
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, and branch banking teams
• Resolve issues related to:
  • Dost App access and usage
  • Portal rights and permissions
  • Account operations and transaction limitations
  • Settlement delays and reporting gaps
• Facilitate reconciliation updates and settlement visibility

Reporting & Operational Insights

• Share settlement reports and transaction summaries
• Enable reconciliation and dispute reporting
• Improve operational reporting structures
• Identify recurring operational issues and coordinate long-term fixes

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as a bridge between Enterprise BD teams and Banking Operations
• Escalate and resolve onboarding and operational bottlenecks
• Improve service quality and operational turnaround times

Regional & Field Support

• Provide on-site support within regional enterprise offices
• Participate in onboarding meetings and partner coordination
• Maintain issue trackers and resolution timelines
• Support teams with SOPs, guides, and documentation templates

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of KYC and banking operations
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong relationship management abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on operational efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with fintech, digital onboarding tools, and enterprise payment systems
• Strong ownership and responsiveness

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
  • Banking operations
  • Corporate onboarding
  • Enterprise support roles
• Experience in compliance, KYC, or branch operations is preferred
• Exposure to fintech or digital banking environments will be an advantage
