Bank of Punjab Careers Portal is hiring a skilled and performance-driven Digital Product Analyst for its Digital Banking Group. Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining BRDs, PRDs, and Change Requests (CRs)
Monitor digital product performance and identify operational issues
Analyze user behavior and app performance metrics for improvements
Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Support teams
Gather and organize stakeholder and customer feedback
Support regulatory compliance and security-related requirements
Participate in feature testing, validation, and release readiness
Assist in UAT and regression testing activities
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and related documentation
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
Minimum 3 years of banking or related industry experience
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant digital banking/product experience
Maximum age limit: 55 years
