Momentum Logistics is looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager for Customs House Brokerage (CHB) operations at its DHA Lahore office. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in import customs clearance, customs compliance, tariff classification, and operational coordination while leading a high-performing CHB team. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless customs operations and timely shipment clearance. 🚢📦

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise end-to-end import customs clearance operations efficiently.
• Prepare, review, and maintain customs documentation and compliance records.
• Coordinate with Pakistan Customs, port authorities, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters for smooth shipment processing.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues related to WeBOC and PSW systems.
• Ensure accurate HS Code classification and compliance with customs regulations, SROs, and tariff policies.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and government departments.
• Prepare operational reports, manage PD account activities, and oversee petty cash handling.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 10 customs brokerage professionals.
• Ensure all CHB activities align with company SOPs and legal compliance standards.
• Utilize customs management systems and compliance software effectively.
• Analyze operational performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle workload under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
• Conduct team training sessions to strengthen operational knowledge and performance.
• Negotiate with external stakeholders to ensure smooth customs processes and issue resolution.
