Job Overview
Zong is looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Grid Manager to lead sales growth, channel development, revenue generation, customer experience, and business expansion within the assigned grid territory. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving 3G/4G sales performance, strengthening retail operations, improving market visibility, and maximizing overall business productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive revenue growth through 3G/4G sales and handset sales initiatives.
- Expand smartphone shop deployment and improve retailer performance.
- Ensure quality gross adds and channel expansion across SIM Selling, MNP, VAS, MBB, Mini Load, ECATs, and Postpaid services.
- Identify high-potential business areas within the assigned grid.
- Ensure timely stock availability through effective coordination with franchise partners.
Customer Service Management
- Handle end-to-end complaint management and resolution.
- Monitor CSI, service quality, and customer experience standards at franchises.
- Ensure high-quality customer support and satisfaction.
Trade Visibility & Market Execution
- Coordinate trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Improve brand visibility through BTL activities, trade promotions, and market activations.
- Support business development initiatives and special events within the territory.
Planning & Territory Development
- Identify untapped areas and improve retail penetration.
- Guide BDOs in effective route and sales planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts for SIMs, scratch cards, mini load, and recharge products.
- Coordinate localized promotional campaigns in low-performing areas.
Team Management & Supervision
- Ensure staff and retailers are fully trained on products, SOPs, and company policies.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor operations and stock availability.
- Ensure channel partners remain updated on targets, promotions, and operational standards.
Merchandising & Business Development
- Ensure proper availability and visibility of POS materials at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Channel teams on promotional and business development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Minimum Bachelorโs Degree required.
Experience
- Preferably 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales, telecom, channel management, or business development.
