🎯 Job Purpose

The selected candidate will lead the technical architecture, integration, development, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments. The role focuses on ensuring system scalability, innovation, governance, and smooth integration across enterprise and cloud applications while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead SAP S/4HANA technical architecture and performance optimization
• Govern SAP BTP integrations, workflows, analytics, and extensions
• Define and enforce SAP development standards and technical guidelines

🔹 RISE with SAP & Licensing Management

• Manage RISE with SAP services and technical deliverables
• Monitor SAP licensing and subscription utilization
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and SAP teams for cost optimization and renewals
• Ensure compliance with SAP licensing policies

🔹 Development & Integration

• Oversee ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, OData Services, and Fiori/UI5 enhancements
• Manage integrations using SAP CPI, API Management, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Event Mesh
• Ensure interoperability between SAP and external platforms such as CRM, logistics, IoT, and e-commerce systems

🔹 Operations & Governance

• Manage BASIS operations, upgrades, security, patching, and disaster recovery
• Ensure compliance with IT security, privacy, and audit requirements
• Maintain high availability and business continuity standards

🔹 Innovation & Enablement

• Drive adoption of AI/ML, IoT, analytics, and automation within SAP BTP
• Support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and SAP automation initiatives
• Promote reusable and API-led integration frameworks

🔹 CoE / SSC Collaboration

• Act as a key technical authority within the SAP Center of Excellence
• Mentor technical teams and support capability development
• Coordinate with offshore teams and vendors for implementation and support

🎓 Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8–10 years of SAP technical experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on S/4HANA experience
