Job Overview
The selected candidate will join the Project Finance & Infrastructure Advisory Team within the Investment Banking Division. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact project finance and advisory transactions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support deal origination, structuring, and execution of Project Finance & Advisory transactions.
- Develop and review financial models, feasibility studies, due diligence reports, and risk assessments.
- Prepare presentations, pitch books, teasers, and information memorandums.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing transaction and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, syndicate members, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders for smooth transaction execution.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals and analytical reports.
- Conduct market, industry, and project research to support investment decisions.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and capital market requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
- CFA Candidate or CFA Charter Holder will be preferred.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Project Finance, Infrastructure Advisory, or Investment Banking roles.
Age Limit:
- Up to 55 years as of the application closing date.
