🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet card customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Promote fleet card sales, onboard new customers, and achieve assigned sales targets
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide efficient operational support
• Coordinate and supervise brand ambassadors at filling stations for customer engagement activities
• Conduct customer visits, market surveys, and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and market intelligence updates
• Monitor station-level fleet card operations, promotional campaigns, and customer facilitation

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

💼 Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or Fleet Card/Fuel Retail Operations
• Strong communication, customer engagement, and sales coordination skills
• Ability to manage field activities effectively
