📖 Job Overview

A Relationship Officer Asset plays a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving asset sales growth for the bank. The role focuses on understanding customer financial needs and offering tailored loan and credit solutions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and ethical standards.

You will act as a dedicated point of contact for customers, helping them with loan products, financial guidance, and smooth service delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch-level growth targets
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through ethical sales practices
• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with SOPs
• Identify potential customers and evaluate creditworthiness using the 5 C’s of credit
• Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities
• Ensure proper verification of clients before loan approval
• Monitor timely loan repayments and ensure 100% collection compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation and safeguard customer legal records
• Coordinate with line managers for weekly field planning and performance tracking
• Ensure no cash handling from customers and follow strict banking protocols
• Report any fraud, risk, or suspicious activity immediately
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote financial inclusion through responsible lending practices

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred)
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
