    • Minimum 01 year with Master’s degree

✅ Manage complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding
✅ Coordinate hiring processes, interviews, assessments, and candidate screening
✅ Maintain recruitment records, vacancy trackers, and HR databases
✅ Handle onboarding documentation, offer letters, and employee personnel files
✅ Support employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace conflict resolution
✅ Conduct reference checks, degree verifications, and compliance procedures
✅ Coordinate induction sessions and HR-related audits
✅ Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
✅ Support disciplinary inquiries, investigations, and employee engagement initiatives
✅ Represent the organization in job fairs and recruitment drives
