To support the Head of Department (HOD) Production by managing all office-related coordination, documentation, reporting, and administrative follow-ups to ensure smooth operational workflow within the production department.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily production reports and plant efficiency reports.

Assist in drafting memos, letters, and minutes of meetings.

Maintain accurate records of store materials and track receipts of key inputs such as laterite, gypsum, slate stone, and coal.

Manage office filing system and distribute incoming correspondence to relevant personnel.

Maintain and update activity logs for recurring weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks.

Prepare approval cases for renewals, agreements, and contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Keep the HOD informed about important assignments, updates, and meeting schedules.
Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

2–4 years of experience in a coordinator or similar administrative role.

Strong time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
