📌 Job Summary

The selected candidate will support the development, enhancement, and management of debit card products while ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and market trends. The role focuses on delivering seamless digital payment experiences through collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and enhancing debit card products aligned with market trends and customer needs
• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, workflows, and user journey documentation
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and coordinate with IT/technology teams for implementation
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth product deployment and upgrades
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to support product innovation and positioning
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, compliance, and IT teams for product execution
• Coordinate with external partners including card networks and vendors
• Monitor KPIs such as issuance volume, transaction activity, usage rates, and customer satisfaction
• Analyze product performance and prepare management reports and presentations
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, payment standards, and card scheme rules
• Identify and mitigate risks related to debit card operations and product lifecycle

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
• Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant banking experience
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of the application date
