๐ Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelorโs degree required, preferably a Masterโs degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage
Skills Required
- Ability to maintain high-quality output in a fast-paced production environment
- Expertise in monitoring real-time volumes and resource management to meet SLA targets
- Strong professional writing and customer communication skills
- Capability to draft empathetic, compliant, and customer-focused responses
- Strong analytical understanding of operational metrics such as AHT and FCR
Experience
- More than 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role

- Manage end-to-end routing logic for inbound email communications within defined TATs
- Analyze customer email trends and implement remediation initiatives for process optimization
- Improve and standardize communication templates for clarity, consistency, and professionalism
- Oversee and enhance the customer experience across the email support channel
- Ensure compliance with internal banking standards and SBP guidelines
