This role is ideal for professionals passionate about enhancing digital customer engagement, optimizing email operations, and driving service quality excellence in a fast-paced banking environment.

๐ŸŽ“ Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelorโ€™s degree required, preferably a Masterโ€™s degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university
  • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage

Skills Required

  • Ability to maintain high-quality output in a fast-paced production environment
  • Expertise in monitoring real-time volumes and resource management to meet SLA targets
  • Strong professional writing and customer communication skills
  • Capability to draft empathetic, compliant, and customer-focused responses
  • Strong analytical understanding of operational metrics such as AHT and FCR

Experience

  • More than 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role

  • Manage end-to-end routing logic for inbound email communications within defined TATs
  • Analyze customer email trends and implement remediation initiatives for process optimization
  • Improve and standardize communication templates for clarity, consistency, and professionalism
  • Oversee and enhance the customer experience across the email support channel
  • Ensure compliance with internal banking standards and SBP guidelines
