Position Overview
The company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee distributor operations and sales execution within the assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening market coverage, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories
Develop daily sales targets and allocate them to order bookers according to territory coverage plans
Monitor territory sales performance and prepare reports to evaluate KPIs and target achievement
Supervise and guide order bookers to improve productivity and product knowledge
Conduct regular market visits to monitor outlet coverage, customer trends, and competitor activities
Ensure implementation of trade marketing activities according to approved plans
Design efficient sales plans and PJPs based on route-to-market strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve mutually beneficial business goals
Manage territory budgets, sales forecasting, and revenue optimization effectively
