📋 Key Responsibilities

🗂 Master Data Creation & Maintenance

• Create and maintain product master data including SKU details, pricing, categories, colors, sizes, and seasonal attributes.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across ERP and planning systems.
• Maintain proper change logs and audit records for all updates.

📊 Planning & Replenishment Support

• Provide accurate and timely data support to planning and replenishment teams.
• Configure new products and variants before launch.
• Support forecasting, analysis, and reporting through reliable datasets.

✅ Data Quality Management

• Conduct regular checks to identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect records.
• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and category teams for corrections.
• Maintain standardized data structures and naming conventions.

📈 Reporting & System Support

• Assist in preparing system upload files and data extracts.
• Support reporting and dashboard preparation.
• Learn and contribute to Power BI reporting capabilities over time.

🤝 Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Planning, Merchandising, Sourcing, IT, and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure timely availability of accurate master data across all categories.

🎓 Qualification Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

🛠 Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong command of MS Excel (mandatory)
• Familiarity with ERP, planning, or inventory systems preferred
• Interest in learning Power BI and analytics tools

Behavioral Skills

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
