💼 Key Responsibilities

1) Strategic Digital Ecosystem & Content Architecture

  • Design and implement end-to-end digital strategy aligned with business goals
  • Strengthen brand presence across owned, earned, and paid media channels
  • Develop SEO-driven strategies for improved visibility and organic reach
  • Integrate emerging digital tools and technologies into marketing roadmap
  • Build multi-platform content journeys to improve engagement and conversions

2) Performance Intelligence, SEO & Optimization

  • Define and monitor KPIs for all digital campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior for optimization insights
  • Oversee SEO performance, website traffic, and funnel effectiveness
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement across all digital touchpoints

3) Digital Team & Agency Leadership

  • Lead digital media and campaign execution teams
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and digital partners
  • Review campaign plans, reports, dashboards, and creative outputs
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and ROI across all digital initiatives

4) Campaigns & Platform Development

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns for institutional initiatives
  • Align campaign execution with overall annual digital strategy
  • Support digital promotion of events and organizational programs
  • Enhance websites, landing pages, and digital engagement platforms
