Job Overview

Serena Hotels is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join its Sales team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, public relations, social media, and marketing campaign management skills with the ability to promote brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest queries and provide information regarding Serena properties and services
• Maintain inventory and supply of promotional and printed marketing materials
• Manage cardex systems, catalogs, and photographic/pictorial records
• Maintain and update prospective client databases for direct marketing campaigns
• Coordinate periodic mailings, greeting cards, promotional letters, and sales campaigns
• Assist in launching advertising campaigns and coordinate with agencies, artists, and media partners
• Promote and strengthen brand image through social media platforms
• Monitor and manage social media engagement and activities
• Coordinate with tourism organizations, airlines, hotels, motels, and rest houses
• Launch digital marketing campaigns for ongoing and upcoming promotional activities
• Recommend and assist in planning public relations activities
• Submit monthly progress reports regarding implementation of annual PR plans
• Maintain professional liaison with newspapers, magazines, and media personnel
• Perform additional duties assigned by management

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess at least one of the following qualifications:

• BBA (Hons)
• MBA – Marketing
• MSc in Hospitality Management
• Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management
