Job Summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking a Relationship Officer – Asset who will be responsible for building and managing strong customer relationships while driving asset sales growth. The role focuses on delivering personalized financial solutions, maintaining credit quality, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.

The Relationship Officer acts as a key link between the bank and its customers by identifying financial needs, offering suitable loan products, and ensuring timely recovery and portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers as per SOPs
• Achieve assigned sales targets with ethical practices and compliance adherence
• Promote loan products and expand customer base through effective marketing strategies
• Identify business opportunities through market research and prospect evaluation
• Assess customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit
• Conduct physical verification of clients to ensure authenticity
• Ensure timely loan repayment and proactive recovery follow-ups
• Maintain strict compliance in handling customer documents and data security
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and report deviations to line manager
• Conduct regular customer meetings as per product guidelines
• Ensure loan booking compliance with internal policies and SBP regulations
• Monitor market trends and suggest improvements in products and processes
• Maintain service quality and ensure zero customer complaints
• Report suspicious or fraudulent activities immediately to management
• Strengthen long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls and risk management standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, banking, or relevant field (preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in field-based sales environment
• Understanding of basic credit principles will be an advantage
