The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a Direct Sales Team to achieve assigned business targets for Personal Loans and Running Finance products. The role focuses on sales growth, market penetration, customer relationship management, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing Direct Sales Teams for unsecured consumer banking products
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Personal Loans sales
