Job Overview

Serena Hotels is hiring a dedicated Health and Safety Executive for its Faisalabad operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting a strong workplace health, safety, and hygiene culture while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, operational standards, and internal policies.

This role involves planning, implementing, monitoring, and improving workplace safety procedures to maintain a secure and hygienic environment for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health & safety strategies, policies, and SOPs.
  • Conduct workplace risk assessments and identify preventive measures.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
  • Ensure safe operational practices across departments.
  • Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and accident reports.
  • Lead safety awareness sessions and in-house training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry health & safety legislation.
  • Supervise safe installation and operation of equipment.
  • Manage safe disposal of hazardous materials and operational debris.
  • Advise management on fire safety, machinery safety, chemicals, occupational hazards, and workplace hygiene standards.
