Hoechst Pakistan is hiring experienced and motivated professionals for the position of Area Manager. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening customer relationships, executing marketing strategies, and leading regional sales operations in the pharmaceutical sector.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Conduct physician targeting and market analysis
• Ensure product availability and visibility at pharmacy level
• Execute trade activities and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with business partners for distribution KPIs
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Monitor market intelligence and competitor activities

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (MBA will be an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Experience in Pharma/Consumer Division preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of MS Office
• Leadership and managerial capabilities
