📌 Position Purpose

Bestway Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled and analytical Demand Planning Analyst to strengthen inventory planning, forecasting accuracy, and supply chain operations. The role requires close collaboration with supply chain, sales, trading, and finance teams to ensure efficient demand forecasting and data-driven decision-making.

💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate ad-hoc reports and perform business intelligence analysis using Excel & Power BI
✅ Analyze volume/value impact through data modeling and visualization
✅ Build interactive dashboards and consolidate reports from multiple data sources
✅ Monitor inbound & outbound stock movement from the NDC
✅ Develop dynamic supply forecasting reports using Excel, Power BI & system-generated data
✅ Improve demand planning workflows through BI-driven process enhancements
✅ Maintain accurate reporting systems with strong version control on SharePoint
✅ Extract, transform, and visualize business data for performance tracking and strategic insights

🎓 Qualification & Experience

✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance or Supply Chain from a recognized university
✔️ 04 – 06 years of relevant professional experience

🔍 Required Skills

🔹 Advanced MS Excel expertise
🔹 Practical knowledge of Microsoft BI / Power BI
🔹 Strong statistical analysis & forecasting skills
🔹 Fluent spoken English communication
🔹 Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities
