Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager – Deposit to join its Business Banking team. This role is responsible for driving deposit growth, acquiring new clients, and strengthening long-term relationships with individual and corporate customers. The incumbent will play a key role in expanding the bank’s liability portfolio and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve portfolio growth, acquisition, and cross-sell targets
• Meet assigned product-wise targets for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) and Term Deposits (TD) on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Build and manage a deposit mobilization team including freelancers and brand ambassadors (up to 25 members)
• Ensure balanced portfolio mix between CASA and Term Deposits
• Drive acquisition of new-to-bank (NTB) accounts on a daily basis
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients for long-term business growth
• Ensure deposit diversification to reduce concentration risk and portfolio volatility
• Deliver excellent customer service in coordination with branch staff
• Identify client financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions (payments, cash management, trade services, treasury, etc.)
• Monitor competitor activity and take proactive measures to retain clients
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or Finance from a reputable institution
• MBA will be preferred (subject to approval)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail/consumer banking, sales planning, or branch banking operations
• Strong understanding of deposit products, CASA structure, and banking fundamentals
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets
