Senior Officer Rewards
Human Resources Department โ Beaconhouse Group
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional to support rewards management, medical insurance administration, HR analytics, and system data integrity.
๐ Qualification
Masterโs in Human Resource Management or equivalent degree
๐ผ Experience
1โ2 years of relevant HR/rewards experience (3โ5 years overall experience preferred)
๐งฉ Key Responsibilities
๐ฅ Medical Insurance Management
- Manage employee & dependentsโ medical insurance data (additions, deletions, eligibility updates)
- Coordinate insurance queries, claims, endorsements, and card issuance
- Ensure timely updates in insurance systems
- Prepare reports on claims, utilization, exceptions, and cost trends
- Support policy implementation and employee awareness
๐ Rewards Analytics & Reporting
- Develop dashboards for increments, adjustments, and cost impact
- Analyze salary trends, benchmarking, and band positioning
- Provide insights for HR decision-making
- Highlight risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
๐ป HR Data & System Support
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data (e.g., BEAMS or similar systems)
- Perform validations, reconciliations, and audits
- Coordinate system improvements with IT
- Support automation and process standardization
๐ง Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
