Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote and sell bank products according to defined SOPs
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Evaluate customer profiles using the five C’s of credit
• Ensure genuine sales practices and ethical conduct
• Monitor loan repayments and ensure timely collections
• Conduct field visits and physical verification of clients
• Maintain proper handling of customer legal documents
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and bank policies
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and performance reports
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service standards
• Support profitability through customer acquisition and loan growth

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred)
• Fresh candidates or applicants with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in field operations and customer-facing environments
