Job Overview

Hoechst Pakistan Limited is looking for motivated and energetic professionals for the position of Territory Representative / Sr. Territory Representative. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products in assigned territories
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Implement company marketing strategies effectively
• Develop strong coordination with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Regularly update product and disease knowledge
• Identify new business opportunities and customer development areas
• Monitor trade activities at key accounts and chain pharmacies
• Manage distribution partners and ensure KPI achievement
• Organize and participate in seminars, symposia, and promotional events

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification:

• Graduate preferably in Science
• B.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or Pharm-D preferred

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Fresh graduates can also apply (Pre-Medical or Pharm-D background preferred)

🗣️ Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills in Urdu and English
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to build professional relationships
• Willingness to travel extensively
