Job Overview
NAYATEL is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive (Marketing) to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, corporate client engagement, and campaign management with a strong understanding of both local and international market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote corporate services and business solutions across local and international markets.
• Lead and manage corporate marketing initiatives while ensuring consistency with company branding and business goals.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with local and international corporate clients through onboarding, retention, and growth strategies.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Generate quality leads and support conversion strategies to achieve business and sales targets.
• Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, lead conversion rates, and ROI.
• Work closely with the design team to develop engaging marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
• Collaborate with influencers, business partners, and corporate stakeholders to increase brand awareness and market reach.
• Utilize analytical insights and customer data to improve marketing performance and sales effectiveness.
• Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, sales progress, and customer feedback.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or corporate services marketing.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong client relationship management experience, particularly with corporate and international clients.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
• Good understanding of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Meta Pixel.
• Strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends and social media best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking ability with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with international markets and cross-cultural communication will be considered an added advantage.
