Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
πΌ Experience

Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience.

At least 2β3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role.

Strong ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong report writing and presentation capabilities.

Ability to make decisions independently while following organizational policies and procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
π Job Responsibilities

Maintain and update personnel records in HRIS/HMIS systems accurately.

Coordinate job analysis activities and prepare job descriptions/specifications with departmental supervisors.

Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary processing with relevant departments.

Manage recruitment, selection, and placement activities in line with organizational policies.
-
Assess workforce requirements and proactively coordinate hiring plans to avoid staffing gaps.
-
Develop orientation materials and ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
-
Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and EOBI documentation as per SOPs.
-
Coordinate closely with Islamabad and Karachi offices on HR-related matters.
-
Support employee benefits management and HR budget-related activities.
-
Prepare HR files and documentation for internal and external audits.

Perform any additional HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
