Position Overview

Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking a highly proactive and dependable Personal Assistant to CEO who can efficiently manage household operations, staff coordination, maintenance activities, and personal errands with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate should be solution-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

House Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee all household maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical work, painting, appliance repairs, and service scheduling.
  • Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Proactively identify potential maintenance issues and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
  • Maintain maintenance records, logs, and service schedules for smooth operations.

Vendor & Cost Management

  • Source reliable vendors and negotiate competitive pricing.
  • Ensure cost transparency through proper documentation, invoices, and receipts.
  • Implement practical and cost-effective solutions without compromising quality standards.

House Staff Management

  • Supervise household staff and manage attendance, performance, and replacements when required.
  • Establish clear standards for discipline, punctuality, hygiene, and daily routines.
  • Build a trustworthy yet accountable work environment.

Personal Errands & Coordination

  • Manage household supplies, groceries, utility bills, deliveries, and personal errands.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and agencies on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, executive support, or household management.
  • Strong execution and follow-up skills with the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
  • Excellent multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Resourceful personality with the ability to work under pressure.
