  • Lead and implement People & Culture (P&C) policies and procedures
  • Monitor HR analytics to improve employee productivity
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage succession planning for critical roles
  • Build organizational capability aligned with business goals
  • Support operations and sales teams in talent development
  • Ensure transparent performance management implementation
  • Manage monthly payroll and HR administrative processes
  • Handle employee relations and ensure labor law compliance
