📊 Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise data architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and scalability needs
• Design and manage logical & physical data models for structured and unstructured data (OLTP, OLAP, Data Lakes, Warehouses, Lakehouse architectures)
• Establish data domain ownership, metadata management, and data lineage frameworks
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies (vector databases, real-time streaming systems, graph databases)
• Develop scalable and fault-tolerant data pipelines (batch & real-time) using tools such as Airflow, dbt, Spark, Kafka
• Ensure data quality, observability, and SLA compliance through monitoring and alerting systems
• Optimize data storage, compute, and processing costs
• Collaborate with Legal & Information Security teams to enforce data governance, retention, encryption, and anonymization standards
• Implement data cataloging, stewardship, and master/reference data management practices

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Banking or Non-Banking sector in Data Architecture / Data Engineering
• Preference will be given to candidates with 1+ year experience in a similar role

Age Limit:
Up to 55 years as on application date
