πΌ Job Overview:
At Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd., the Relationship Officer Asset plays a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving asset sales growth. The role focuses on understanding customer financial needs and offering tailored loan and banking solutions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and ethical lending practices.
You will act as a key customer-facing representative, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and customer-centric banking experience.
π Key Responsibilities:
- Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement
- Sell banking products while ensuring compliance with SOPs and ethical standards
- Achieve sales targets in assigned areas with genuine and responsible lending practices
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the market
- Evaluate customer profiles using credit assessment principles (5 Cs of credit)
- Ensure proper verification of clients before loan approval and booking
- Monitor loan repayments and ensure timely collections as per policy
- Conduct market research to explore new areas and sales opportunities
- Maintain strong documentation handling and ensure data confidentiality
- Prepare weekly field activity plans and report progress to line manager
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, SBP regulations, and internal controls
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high service standards
- Report suspicious or fraudulent activities to management immediately
π Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelorβs degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred)
- 0β1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles
