Job Overview

Hoechst Pakistan Limited is hiring Pharma / Sr. Pharma Associates (Urology) to strengthen its medical sales team across multiple cities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and promoting urology products effectively within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and medical practitioners.
• Achieve assigned sales and coverage targets within the designated territory.
• Execute promotional campaigns and product marketing strategies effectively.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies and standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Urology portfolio as a Medical Representative.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
