A leading manufacturing organization is looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader Utilities to oversee the operations, maintenance, and optimization of industrial utility systems. The role focuses on ensuring maximum efficiency, reliability, safety, and environmental compliance of plant utilities to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance of industrial utility systems and infrastructure.
• Plan and execute plant improvements, modifications, and optimization projects.
• Ensure efficient utilization of water, steam, refrigeration, and energy systems.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for uninterrupted operations.
• Analyze equipment breakdowns using RCA and DMAIC methodologies and implement permanent solutions.
• Monitor compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and utility performance monitoring.
• Develop team competencies through technical training and operational guidance.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and audits for process and personnel safety.
• Identify and implement energy-saving and water conservation initiatives.
• Coordinate with contractors and third-party service providers when required.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial services engineering, operations, or maintenance.
• Experience in boilers, refrigeration systems, water treatment, air heaters, and power generation systems.
• Hands-on expertise in steam and ammonia system operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of industrial safety, environmental, and quality compliance standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills using RCA and DMAIC tools.
• Experience in system commissioning, development, and technical support environments.
• Effective leadership, communication, and team supervision skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance and operations-related computer applications.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the food manufacturing industry will be preferred.
