About the Role

Beaconhouse School System is seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals for the position of Officer Accounts within its Finance Department. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of accounting operations, financial record management, and compliance procedures while demonstrating strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and trial balance updates
• Process taxes, EOBI contributions, payroll records, and related financial documentation efficiently
• Maintain employee attendance records, onboarding documentation, staff files, and EOBI matters
• Coordinate student fee challans, scholarship cases, and other finance-related student processes
• Ensure accurate maintenance of financial, administrative, and fixed asset records in line with organisational policies
• Support internal financial reporting and day-to-day accounts operations

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field

Experience

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts or Finance Department operations

Required Skills & Expertise

• Basic understanding of International Accounting Standards
• Knowledge of Taxes, EOBI, Trial Balance, and accounting practices
• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Teamwork and relationship management capabilities
• Good organisational and analytical skills
