Job Overview

The Bank of Punjab is hiring experienced and performance-driven professionals for the position of Regional Sales Manager South within its Digital Banking Group. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership, sales management, and banking operations experience who are looking to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-growing financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage regional sales operations to achieve monthly business targets
  • Supervise sales teams and resolve operational issues in coordination with internal departments
  • Implement direct sales and cross-selling strategies across teams and departments
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation according to credit card issuance policies
  • Monitor team performance on daily and weekly basis
  • Ensure customer acquisition complies with bank policies and risk management standards
  • Keep sales teams updated regarding policy changes and market developments
  • Conduct daily briefings, counseling sessions, and performance discussions
  • Organize monthly and quarterly sales training sessions
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, IT, HR, FRMU, Authorization, CIU, and Consumer Lending
  • Develop business relationships with companies, professionals, directors, and corporate groups for Credit Card and Payroll Card sales
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and banking strategies

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution
  • Minimum 7 years of banking experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates having at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales or digital banking
  • Maximum age limit: 55 years (as of application date)
