About the Role

Momentum Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly driven and analytical Strategy Analyst / Manager to support strategic growth initiatives, corporate development activities, and high-impact business projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, investor communications, and business development, with exposure to capital markets and IPO-related activities.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute directly to critical business decisions and future growth strategies.

Qualification Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from recognized institutions such as LUMS, IBA, or an equivalent university
• Professional qualification such as CA or CFA (completed or in progress will be preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience

Preferred Experience & Exposure

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly preferred:

• IPO advisory and capital market transactions
• Investment banking and equity research
• Corporate strategy and business development
• Corporate finance and transaction advisory
• Strategic planning and investor presentations
• PSX listing activities and equity fundraising
• Investor roadshows and stakeholder engagement
• Development of investment teasers and executive pitch decks

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate strategy initiatives and business expansion opportunities
• Prepare impactful investor presentations, business proposals, and pitch decks
• Assist in IPO-related activities including research, analysis, and coordination with advisors
• Conduct market studies, industry assessments, and competitive benchmarking exercises
• Build financial models, forecasts, and business plans to support strategic decisions
• Evaluate financial and operational performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and Board discussions
• Support partnership evaluations and new commercial opportunities within the logistics sector
