Mojaz Support Program is inviting applications for the position of Reporting Officer. The organization is seeking a competent and detail-oriented professional to support regulatory compliance, reporting functions, and risk management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit regulatory returns to relevant authorities within defined timelines.
Collect, validate, and consolidate data from various departments for accurate reporting.
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with changing requirements.
Coordinate with regulators and facilitate inspections or examinations.
Support internal and external auditors by providing required records and documentation.
Identify regulatory and compliance risks and recommend corrective measures.
Maintain Risk Registers and compliance documentation.
Prepare compliance status reports for management and Board review.
Respond to regulatory queries within the required timeframe.
Assist in implementation of Compliance and AML/CFT frameworks.
Monitor CTR/STR transactions and compliance-related activities.
Coordinate with third-party stakeholders when required.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, reporting, audit, or regulatory affairs.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Good analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
Understanding of AML/CFT compliance frameworks will be an added advantage.
