Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank is hiring a Relationship Officer SME to manage and grow relationships with small and medium enterprise clients. The role focuses on business development, customer relationship management, loan processing, collections, and ensuring compliance with banking SOPs and SBP regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales and service plans to achieve business growth targets
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Develop strong relationships with SME customers
• Achieve assigned sales and loan targets through ethical banking practices
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit
• Ensure proper loan booking and documentation compliance
• Conduct client verification and field visits
• Monitor timely loan repayments and collections
• Promote banking products and services effectively
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and SBP regulations
• Report any fraudulent or suspicious activities to management

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of SME banking and financial products will be an advantage
