Mobilink Microfinance Bank is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset to join its Business Banking team at the Islamabad I-8 Branch. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and financial services.

The selected candidate will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, promoting banking products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional engagement.
• Promote and sell bank products according to defined SOPs and ethical standards.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through genuine and compliant sales practices.
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct market assessments.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit methodology.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure timely loan collections and maintain proactive communication with customers.
• Guide customers regarding repayment procedures and compliance requirements.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans in coordination with the Line Manager.
• Conduct customer meetings as per product program requirements.
• Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, SBP regulations, and internal controls.
• Report any suspicious, fraudulent, or risk-related activities to management.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
• MBA will be preferred.

Experience

• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
