Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, approval, and productivity targets
• Lead, train, and manage sales teams effectively
• Monitor staff performance through MIS reporting
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and business directives
• Build strong coordination with branches and cross-functional teams
• Drive staff motivation, productivity optimization, and discipline
• Contribute towards process and product improvements
• Conduct coaching, counseling, and continuous team development

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:
04 to 07 years of banking experience. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

Age Limit:
Up to 55 years (as of application date)
