🔧 Position: Area Engineer

is looking for an experienced and driven Area Engineer to join its Foods Factory team in Lahore. This role is ideal for engineering professionals passionate about maintenance excellence, operational efficiency, automation, and reliability improvement within manufacturing operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead shift technicians during breakdown maintenance activities
• Develop and execute maintenance & reliability strategies
• Supervise preventive maintenance inspections and safety compliance
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Drive automation and cost-reduction initiatives
• Manage quality and consumer safety critical equipment inspections
• Train and develop maintenance technicians
• Lead PM Pillar initiatives in WCM
• Collaborate with project teams on innovations and new installations

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• 5–8 years of relevant industry experience
