The role is responsible for ensuring smooth kiln operations while maintaining product quality and consistency to achieve daily production targets efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the kiln at optimum capacity according to standard operating parameters.
• Monitor and maintain operational parameters for uninterrupted kiln performance.
• Observe thermometers and pyrometric cone actions through peepholes to determine burning rates and process efficiency.
• Manage kiln cooling procedures by operating fuel valves, firebox systems, kiln crown holes, and cooling fans.
• Inspect tools and machinery regularly and ensure timely availability for operations.
• Coordinate with the Area In-Charge for material indenting related to kiln burner operations and lining.
• Conduct inspections of the pre-heater, kiln, cooler, and hood lining, ensuring maintenance requirements are addressed promptly.
• Ensure compliance with operational safety and maintenance standards.

Qualification & Experience

🎓 DAE Chemical / F.Sc. from a recognized institution or board
💼 08 – 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the cement industry
