Job Description

Allied Bank Limited is seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Officers to strengthen its sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for achieving monthly business targets and contributing to the bank’s growth through effective customer relationship management and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly sales targets for CASA deposits
• Promote and sell Consumer Products
• Perform cross-selling of banking products and services
• Market and sell Mutual Fund products
• Maintain strong understanding of market trends and business dynamics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and banking operations
• Support trade finance activities and related banking functions

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university in Pakistan or abroad. Preference will be given to candidates with a Commerce or Business-related specialization.

Academic Requirement:
Minimum CGPA of 2.5 / Second Division or at least 45% marks (for percentage-based systems) in Graduation.

Age Limit:
Maximum 35 years

Experience:
Experience is not mandatory. However, candidates with sales or deposit mobilization experience will be given preference.

Job Locations:
Multiple positions available across all major cities of Pakistan.
