Job Description:

  1. Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes and compliance with organizational policies.
  2. Lead and support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate communication for timely hiring.
  3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment activities with business objectives.
  4. Maintain and regularly update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave management systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Support payroll processing by validating employee data, allowances, and deductions within defined timelines.
  6. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, ensuring prompt resolution.
  7. Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workforce capability and enhance employee experience.
  8. Manage employee claims, benefits, allowances, and reimbursements according to company policies and approval procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements while assisting in audits, documentation, and policy updates.
  10. Oversee administrative functions, including office management, vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and workplace facility maintenance.
  11. Ensure smooth daily administrative operations, including asset management, facility upkeep, and coordination with service providers.

Requirements:

βœ… Bachelor's degree (16 years of education)
βœ… 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
βœ… Strong HR operations and administrative coordination skills
βœ… Effective communication and organizational abilities
