National Foods Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to lead assigned territories, manage distributors and order bookers, and achieve sales growth targets through effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories
  • Assign daily targets to order bookers for effective market coverage
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor KPIs and target achievement
  • Supervise and motivate order bookers through daily performance monitoring
  • Conduct regular market visits to evaluate outlet coverage and market trends
  • Ensure execution of trade marketing activities according to company plans
  • Design effective sales plans and PJPs based on RTM and territory dynamics
  • Build strong relationships with distributors for mutual business growth
  • Manage territory budgets, forecasting, and revenue optimization effectively

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education: Graduate
